Meet The Zmanti Panty. Our proprietary design that looks and feels like premium lingerie, because it is. The classic brief silhouette gives you full coverage across the back and sits just  below the bellybutton in front, for everyday comfort with a smooth, barely-there fit.

What makes it different is hidden inside: our signature gusset technology featuring a built-in pad pocket engineered specifically for our leak-proof pads. It locks each pad perfectly in place and flush against the body, so there's no shifting, no bunching, and no visible lines. Just fast-absorbing, odor-locking protection in underwear you'll actually want to wear.

Thoughtfully made, skin-safe by design:

• Italian-milled lingerie fabric: a premium 74% microfibre PA / 26% EA (LYCRA®) blend typically reserved for fine lingerie for its breathability, comfort, and shape retention wash after wash. OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified* (tested for harmful substances against OEKO-TEX's list of 1,000+ chemicals) and made without intentionally added PFAS.
• Proprietary gusset (pad pocket): a USA-made, one-way wicking fabric that pulls leaks away from the body. Made without intentionally added PFAS, and free from PFOS, PFOA, lead, BPA, phthalates, dioxins, and heavy metals*. Meets CPSIA safety standards for lead and phthalates. Hypoallergenic and moisture-wicking
• Elastic: sourced from a USA, woman-owned, military-grade supplier. Not made with natural rubber latex* (aka — it's dryer-friendly, tumble low!).
